Straight from the sun-drenched fields of the Valensole Plateau in Provence, this exquisite lavender honey is harvested by a local beekeeper we import from directly. The bees forage exclusively among the iconic purple lavender fields that Provence is famous for, producing a honey with a delicate floral aroma and a smooth, subtly sweet flavour.
